As a new member or district user, we will provide you with a Customer Success Mentor (CSM) who will become an expert at understanding your needs. As a trained and experienced school nutrition professional, your CSM will assist you in creating timelines, setting goals, and meeting expectations for your district. Throughout the course of project implementation, your CSM will also coordinate a full suite of custom training programs for your district while monitoring the long-term progress and success of the project.

Training can be customized based on your district’s needs as we tailor learning environments, allowing you to implement projects at your own pace.
Our knowledgeable project management team will ensure you will have a smooth implementation from the kick-off call and through go-live support.
